Mix Dal fry

1/4 cup Massor dal
1/4 cup Urad dal
1/4 cup Toor dal
1/4 cup Chana dal
1/4 cup Moog dal
1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
1 cup chopped Tomato
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 Tsp garam Masala
1 Tbs  Butter
1 Tsp Chilli powder
Fresh coriander leaves
Salt to taste

Method:
Mix all dals, wash with water and add 3 cup water, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbs salt and press cook 10 min . For fry add oil to pan add gira, chopped onion fry til it soft then tomato, chilli powder cook for 3 min for add cooked dal  mix it and cook 2 min then taste for salt add butter and fresh chopped coriander sever with roti/naan/rice.
